At present, there are three ways to increase the softness of yarns:
A. The mechanical method makes the yarn soft, and it is mainly treated with a soft cloth to destroy the glue film. After the primary fabric is finished with a soft cloth, the softness of the fiber is manifested. The disadvantage is that it easily causes the yarn to fluff.
B. Improve the resurgence of the yarn, but increase the yarn resurgence to a certain extent. If the yarn is excessively thick, the yarn may be mildewed, and the softness may not be improved obviously, or an oil agent or a softener may be added to the sizing yarn. However, the above method can only act on the yarn after the winding, and can improve the weaving, and the winding process still has no improvement.
C. The soft treatment of linen rovings is also called roving oiling, which makes the monofilament binding membrane soft, that is, the purpose of softening the fibers with softeners.
